Crescent Enterprises leads $45M into India's myTVS, UAE first MENA stop
Crescent Enterprises' CE-Invests led a $45M Series D into the Chennai automotive aftermarket group, with the UAE named as its first MENA market.

DUBAI — Crescent Enterprises has led a $45 million Series D into India's TVS Automobile Solutions, with the UAE named as the first MENA market for its myTVS platform.
The investment was made through CE-Invests, the Sharjah-based conglomerate's strategic investments platform, and pairs capital with a partnership to scale myTVS across India, the UAE and the wider region. TVS Automobile Solutions, headquartered in Chennai, runs one of India's largest automotive aftermarket service networks.
The structure matters more than the size. Gulf conglomerates have spent years writing passive cheques into Asian growth rounds; this one comes with an operating mandate, an explicit market-entry sequence and a local platform to build on. The automotive aftermarket in the Gulf is fragmented, dominated by independent workshops and underserved by the organized chains that scaled in India, which is precisely the gap myTVS fills at home.
The deal also places Crescent Enterprises alongside a small group of UAE family conglomerates, rather than sovereign funds, taking the lead on India-to-Gulf expansion plays.
Watch how quickly myTVS opens its first UAE locations, and whether the model extends into Saudi Arabia, where the aftermarket opportunity is several times larger.
