RIYADH — INVE, a Saudi invitation and event management platform, has raised $300,000 in a pre-seed round led by Outliers Venture Capital.
Founder and CEO Abdulrahman Alabdulkarim started the company in 2024, building the first version to manage invitations for his sister's wedding. The consumer product has since handled 250 events across more than 60 Saudi and GCC cities, sending over 35,000 invitations with an 88% RSVP rate. In August 2026 INVE launched a B2B platform with branded pages, digital entry passes and guest-preference retention across events.
The round has an unusual structure. Outliers was INVE's first paying business customer, running invitations for its Builder Summit on the platform before it invested. The new funds go to team, brand and customer acquisition, with Saudi Arabia and the GCC first, then North Africa and Europe.
INVE joins a Saudi event-tech cluster that includes webook.com, which said on 19 October it is expanding into Europe. The consumer-to-B2B pivot, with the investor as first customer, is the pattern to track.
Watch whether INVE's B2B bookings outgrow its consumer base within a year, and whether the Saudi event-tech cluster produces another raise before year-end.
WAYA first reported the round.
