DUBAI — Entravel Group has raised $7.5 million in a round co-led by Ethereal Ventures and Finality Capital, with participation from GSR, Varrock, G1 Ventures, Seier Capital, Veris Ventures, Funfair Ventures and WTG Ventures.
The company builds white-label hotel booking rails that fintech and crypto platforms embed for their users, and says its infrastructure is live in more than 40 platforms including Kraken, MetaMask and KuCoin. Founder and chief executive Mathias Lundoe Nielsen runs the group through entities in the United States, Spain, the UAE and Switzerland.
The raise follows a busy autumn for the group. In September it closed a $3 million add-on round to launch its Expereon settlement platform, and days before this announcement Superlogic's Bookit unit agreed to acquire Entravel's crypto white-label business with Animoca Brands as a strategic investor. The new capital appears to back the remaining group, including its stablecoin settlement layer. Travel infrastructure is becoming a retention product for wallets and exchanges, which would rather embed bookings than lose card spend to airline and hotel apps.
Watch how the group redraws its structure once the Bookit divestment closes, and whether the Dubai entity becomes the base for the settlement business. The Fintech Times first reported the round.
