DUBAI — JustAd has raised $5 million in an angel round from investor Imad Jomaa to fund expansion into new markets.
The Dubai company, founded and led by CEO Ahmed Elsayed, operates an AI-powered marketing operating system that connects Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads in a single workspace. Its distinguishing product is Advertise Now, Pay Later, which lets advertisers pay media spend in instalments over up to 12 months, a model it pitches as fintech for advertisers.
The company serves a MENA client base and plans its first new-market onboarding in early 2027.
The round is a single-angel cheque at a size more typical of institutional seed rounds, which says something about the economics of the model. If advertisers repay media spend reliably, the financing book can fund itself; if they do not, the company is holding credit risk on marketing budgets, an asset class with no collateral. The next test is whether the instalment product survives contact with new-market customers whose payment behaviour it has not modelled.
Watch the first new-market launches in early 2027 and whether the company raises a priced institutional round before then.
