DUBAI — Journify, the ad signal infrastructure company founded by Moroccans and scaled out of Dubai and Riyadh, has raised a $12M Series A led by Al Mada Ventures, with Silicon Badia co-leading as a returning investor, Wamda reports. Shorooq and Bunat Ventures increased their positions, and Du Ventures and Oraseya Capital are new.
The round closed at four times the valuation of its February 2025 seed, itself a $4M round led by Silicon Badia with Saudi holding RZM. The figure stays undisclosed, but the step-up is the story. Revenue is up five times since Silicon Badia first invested, and the company reached $1M in ARR nine months after launching in March 2024.
Journify sells conversion APIs and first-party data activation, the plumbing brands need as third-party cookies die. It counts more than 100 business customers, including Jarir Bookstore, which it credits with a 182% ROAS lift, and Baytonia, up 80% on ROAS with cost per purchase down 44%. Ryan Burke, a three-time CRO, joins the board.
The funds go to US and Europe expansion and to AI signal-quality work, run from a San Francisco HQ. The read: the reverse-migration arc, Moroccan-founded, Gulf-scaled, now entering the US, is the template more MENA adtech will follow. Al Mada leading from Casablanca says the region's growth capital is starting to lead rounds, not follow them.
